The Student, The Librarian and the Holey Google

Church goers consider yourself warned, please don't be offended by my post. Blame the little mexican in me who keeps telling me to "post again!".

Okay so that out of the way, funny story right, i've been thinking for a few days now about what my next post is gonna be. I had a bit of a tutu on the internet searching for images and divine inspiration and i came across a website that claimed to have 15 Hillarious Church Signs. Naturally intrigued by this i had to have a look and found the below.



Now, given our roles as Librarians and how we are competeing against Google as a reference service i had to think about what a Library sign might say about Google and came up with the following:

1. Google can't give you service with a smile...but we can!!!!
2. Google can help you find information that any average Joe has put on the internet!!!
3. Google won't tell you to 'shhhh'... but we will!
4. Google - it's not how you pick your nose, but where you put your booger!!!

And...they decline rapidly from there!

Anyway i couldn't resist including the below church sign, hopefully you'll find it as funny as i do! Get a perm everyone!
